Wonderful hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed the ACCOMMODATING staff and new-fashioned room. Booked a room with all amenities. There were utensils and a stove. The location was great and amazing, near a metro station, convenient to go everywhere. The whole experience was really great.

Check in was easy, hotel was wonderful, locations was unbeatable close to the metro station. The staff were very kind and accommodating, everything was wonderful. There was variety of options for breakfast, including biscuits, hot chocolate, and jam, I truly enjoyed it. Had a fantastic time.

The apartment was super clean. Enjoyed the nicely laid out space with a tucked-in balcony, perfect for a morning coffee. The location was convenient, with a 24-hour Carrefour just across the street, great for any late-night snack runs. I had several interactions with Gianluca that were quite disappointing. His responses to my questions felt rude and dismissive, frustrating. Even a simple request for more toilet paper turned into a hassle. Elizabeth, the receptionist, was great and responsive, but having a rude staff member dampened the overall experience. Still, the rest of the staff was attentive, and the other amenities in the apartment were quite satisfactory.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, large bathroom and a refrigerator, coffee/tea making machines, and a dining area in the room...

The unit we got was reasonably large with large bathroom, drinks plus a comfortable bed.

My second time staying. The place is super clean and the staff is really helpful. The rooms are beautifully designed-modern and new. I appreciate how much the staff respects your business.

The location is convenient, being just a short walk to the metro and a 24/7 Carrefour nearby is a big plus. The noise from the street was quite noticeable despite the effective windows. The room was well-equipped.

Superb location! Just a hop to the metro, and the room was ultra comfy with minimal street noise. A good basket of treats on arrival.

I mean, it was a bit pricey-did I book a palace or a flat? Just kidding, but my wallet is still recovering.

The room was super clean and modern, with a cozy kitchenette that had everything I needed. There was a wonderful welcome pack that included coffee and treats. Plus, the Carrefour supermarket just across the road was convenient for snacks. The reception staff were responsive and very helpful .

Traffic noise was a bit distracting at times.

The apartment was well-equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, and a full kitchen , made it easy for us to prepare meals. The welcome snacks were a lovely touch.

The apartment impressively featured a well-designed kitchen with all necessary utensils and appliances. A generous welcome basket with breakfast items set the tone for a comfortable stay. Occasional street noise proved distracting, and some amenities, like an electric kettle, were surprisingly absent. The location was handy, just minutes from the metro, but a bit more soundproofing would enhance the experience significantly.

This place had a modern unit with drinks available and a really comfortable bed.

Minor traffic noise disrupts sleep, but fantastic amenities and perfect location for events!

I had a fantastic stay at Aparthotel Isola. The hotel is wonderful, offering great value for money. Its location is marvellous, with easy access to major downtown attractions.
